It"s hard to imagine that sellers could receive purchase offers from crooks, but it happens far more frequently than it should.
Much of the time, it might not even be on purpose. The agent or the buyer might not even realize they are breaking the law. But some of the time these crooked purchase offers are deliberately misleading or otherwise harmful to the sellers. Whether you"re a seller or a seller"s agent, you need to know the warning signs and the red flags to look for in these types of offers.
