Is There Anything Worse Than an Expired Listing?

The moment a home hits the marketplace is the moment a seller should think about what would happen if that home turned into a an expired listing.





Many agents think about it, believe me, especially if they know the home is overpriced in the beginning. Some agents think, well, the seller will eventually come to her senses and reduce the price. Agents aren’t always prepared for a seller who refuses to come down on the price. The sellers might say hey, why did you take the listing at that price if you weren’t sold on selling it at that price? Sellers in that situation certainly have a point, don’t you agree?
