You want to buy a house so you start shopping around. On Sunday, you decide to visit a number of properties that are on the market. You have not engaged a real estate agent to assist you. When you enter the various houses, you are greeted by a real estate agent. She or he welcomes you, asks you to sign-in, and invites you to look around. Who does that agent represent?
